- 2 Portabella Mushrooms
- 1 Avacado - I mashed them up the second time to speed on the buns. The first time I had some mashed to spread and some sliced. Great both ways!
- 1 Red Bell Pepper roasted and sliced
- Romaine Lettuce
- Sliced Red Onion
- 2 in TB Olive oil heated with some garlic. Brush on the mushrooms and saute theman iron skillet or the grill
