These little nuggets are perfect for kids, are gluten-free and healthy too! The combination of oats, dark chocolate, and coconut really hit the spot when you have a craving for something sweet and the best part yet...there is absolutely no baking involved! Yippee for the busy mom!

- 1/2 C coconut flakes
- 1/2 C dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 C ground flaxseed
- 1/2 C nut butter (peanut almond or cashew butter)
- 1/3 C honey

- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Once mixed well, refrigerate the batter for at least 30 minutes. After your batter is chilled, scoop the batter into balls using an ice cream scoop. Chill for 20-30 minutes longer before eating.
