Gluten Free Sausage Balls
Every holiday my mom makes Sausage Balls. When I had to go on a Gluten Free diet it was hard having to give these up during the holidays! Now I make them Gluten Free when I visit! These gluten-free sausage balls are also a quick breakfast on the go or store in the fridge as a high-protein snack. They are quick and easy, and low in yeast! Further, chickpea flour is an excellent source of magnesium, as well as thiamine, and potassium. Makes Approximately 24:

Ingredients
  • lb One package of All Natural Pork Sausage or approximately ¾(12 oz) pork sausage
  • 2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Garbanzo Bean, chickpea flour or Bob Red Mills gluten free 1 To 1 Baking Flour
  • 2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp. baking soda

  • lb One package of All Natural Pork Sausage or approximately ¾(12 oz) pork sausage
  • 2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Garbanzo Bean, chickpea flour or Bob Red Mills gluten free 1 To 1 Baking Flour
  • 2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp. baking soda
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F In a large bowl, combine flour and baking soda; incorporate sausage, flour, and cheese. Form into walnut size balls and place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-20 minutes (depending on oven), until golden brown.
