Green Chile & Cheese Appetizer
Who's looking for a very easy peezy cheezy appetizer to take to a holiday party or potluck coming up? I had this at one of the Christmas parties we attended last week. I was so excited to see a gluten free choice! If you have an issue with dairy, however, this may not be your friend! Ok, gang, I haven't made this yet! So going from memory! But this one isn't for rocket scientist chefs!! It's for busy people who need a quick dish! This one is so good and was a big hit at the party!

  • 1 / 2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
Instructions
  1. Cut and Spread the green chilies in a pie plate sprayed with a little Olive Oil spray
  2. Sprinkle the cheese on top
  3. Whisk the egg and pour over the top. You could even add some parmesan cheese on top! Or add some ham. Or better yet bacon! Go crazy you rocking chefs!
  4. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes on 350 until egg sets. Cool and cut into wedges. This one can also be made in the Pampered Chef small square stone, (if you don't have one they are great! Check my website at the link for details), just cook, cool, cut into squares and serve!
