Ingredients

- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice they do not do well in cold temps. If they dry out in the garden just pull them out and take off the leaves, crush them and put in a very dry jar. (or use powdered Stevia from Sugar in the Raw 0 calories or a few drops of liquid Stevia)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
