Avocado Smoothie
A really great tasting smoothie with many health benefits! It also makes a super tasting salad dressing! Your liver will do the happy dance!
Ingredients
  • Fresh Organic Spinach leaves
  • Fresh Wheatgrass
  • 1 whole small Avocado
  • 1 medium vine ripe organic tomato
  • 1clove Wholegarlic
  • piece Aof fresh ginger about the size of the tip of your little finger
  • Dash of sea salt
  • Water with lemon to fill line

  1. This also makes a really great tasting salad dressing, especially on a chicken cobb salad!
