Brussel Sprouts with Lemon and Thai Basil
I had this dish at PF Changs recently on the Gluten Free menu and it was incredible! Great way to have these healthy little green cabbage balls even for your not so Brussel Sprouts fans!
Ingredients
  • in Slice up fresh Brussel Sproutssautéa pan lightly with Olive Oil and little kosher salt, pepper, squeeze of lemon and Thai basil, then lemon zest to complete
Instructions
  1. Thai Basil has an anise (licorice flavor)… it’s used in a lot of Asian cooking…
  2. If you cannot find Thai basil in the grocery store (I grow it in a pot myself and this year it came back all on its own so I used it in this recipe like they do at PF Changs) use lemon thyme or regular basil
