Cream of Mushroom with Sun-dried Tomatoes & Fresh Tarragon
I had this mushroom dish at Plutos Salad bar when in Sacramento last weekend and decided to create it at home! I asked them what was in it and if there was any flour? So yeah, it’s gluten-free!! Oh wow! This stuff is so good you will have to really hold back from eating the entire thing! I recommend moderation with this one! Need I say more?!

Sea Salt & Garlic Pepper
1Cup Heavy Whipping CreamOrganic
1heaping TB Sour CreamOrganic
1TB Fresh Organic TarragonTarragon has a licorice smell

Instructions
Melt butter and sauté mushrooms, add your salt and pepper, add wine and simmer for about 5 minutes to reduce down some, add tomatoes, cream, sour cream, and Tarragon. That’s it! This is awesome! But I recommend moderation!! Need I say more?!
