While cauliflower is steaming dice/cut veggies. Once cauliflower is ready take 2 cups and place into blender. Place remaining cauliflower in bowl. Blend cauliflower, mayo, sour cream, almond milk, garlic and salt. It’s ok if mixture is lumpy. Add in diced onion, vinegar, fresh dill, parsley, chives, egg whites and toss together. Pour the mixture from the blender into the bowl and gently mix all together. Garnish with some parsley or dill if desired.
