Fruity Crisp
I whipped this up last night and it was so yummy and healthy too! I had some fruit that we didn’t eat before so stored it in one of my Pampered Chef glass 3 cup bowls!
Ingredients
  • For The Crisp Topping:
  • 1 1/2 Cups Bob Red Mills All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Gluten Free Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • Some almond halvesoptional or use whatever nuts you like
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 stick cold butter cut into chunks

Instructions
  1. Mix all the first ingredients together in the Pampered Chef batter bowl and then mix in the butter with a pastry cutter or use your hands, or you could use the Pampered Chef manual food processor too! It’s a great tool too that I use in my kitchen… Mix together until large clumps form.
  2. *The Fruit can be any combination you like. We had strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and added some dried cranberries and cherries.
  3. Heat oven to 350. Fill ramekins with fruit about 3/4 full and add topping. Bake about 45 minutes until bubbly. We topped ours with Almond Milk ice cream!
