Gluten-Free Fried Chicken Wings
My famous gluten-free chicken wings! Everyone loves these and I make them so much for church potlucks that people keep asking me where’s the recipe so finally put it here on the website! These wings have become so well known to my church friends that one of them who does Catering even asked me to make them for one of her Celiac clients since my kitchen is 100% gluten-free.
Ingredients
  • Bob Red Mills All Purpose Gluten Free Flourthey have it at both HEB and Whole Foods
  • Fresh Rosemary if you have it.
  • Garlic PepperHEB
  • kosher salt
  • Water for brine
  • Grapeseed Oilfrom HEB
  • Chicken Drumettes
Instructions
  1. Soak the drumettes in salt water brine overnight or a few hours depending the time you have. Rinse off.
  2. Put oil in Electric Skillet
  3. Mix flour, salt, garlic pepper and chopped rosemary together. Coat wings with flour.
  4. Fry up 8 wings at a time in the skillet. Brown on one side. After turning over and frying for about 5 more minutes, uncover the skillet and let fry for a few minutes more to crisp up.
