Note: I cook my chicken legs with thighs attached after adding some olive oil, salt, and garlic pepper for about 10 minutes in the microwave first. With ribs, I season them and fold in foil and bake on 295 for about 2 hours before grilling them. With wings, I brine them in kosher salt and a little fresh dried Stevia for a few hours then rinse and add olive oil and bake at 295 and baste with the BBQ sauce and set on Broil the last few minutes.
