Gluten Free Quiche
Easy to make for those on the go and great for any meal especially breakfast!
Ingredients
  • 1in Gluten Free Ready Made Pie CrustI buy them from Whole Foodsthe freezer section by the bread
  • 6 Whole Eggs
  • 1 1/5cups of heavy cream
  • 1cup of cheeseany kind you like
  • cup I use 1 / 4parm cheese too if I’m using Mozzarella. If I’m using Cheddar I just use one cheese

Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 375
  2. I add some chopped lemon Thyme from my garden
  3. Dash of Nutmeg, kosher salt, and pepper
  4. Green onions, about 4 ham slices cut up. (I buy my ham lunch meats without all the junk in them.)
  5. Top with some lemon zest
  6. You can put anything in a Quiche! I make them with mushrooms, bacon, and spinach too.
  7. Blend up eggs, add in cream and all the other ingredients, pour into pie shell and bake for 45 minutes. Let sit for about 30 minutes before slicing. It will drop down some!
