Grain-free Banana Bread
This banana bread is so easy to whip up in the blender! There’s no sugar in this recipe, sweetened by the bananas! And it’s no grain no pain! What I call real comfort food baby!
Ingredients
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 4 pasteurized eggs
  • 1/2cup almond butter
  • 4 Tablespoons Grass Fed Butter Melted
  • 1/2cup Guiltless Grain Free Seed Flour http://www.guiltlesssuperfoods.comI buy here locally at People’s Pharmacy in Westlake. They will have it at our local HEB on Bee Caves in July 2016!
  • If you don’t have this superfood seed flour use coconut or almond flour.
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1teaspoon baking soda
  • 1teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
  • Pinch of sea or kosher salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine bananas, eggs, almond butter, grass-fed butter in a blender or use mixer. Blender works great with this recipe!
  3. Blend up and then add dry ingredients.
  4. Pour into well greased (with coconut spray) loaf pan. I add chopped walnuts on top.
  5. Bake 55 to 60 minutes until knife comes out smooth!
Recipe Notes

Enjoy with some softened grass-fed butter mixed with a little Maple Syrup! Or have plain for breakfast with a cup of organic coffee! Yummy in the tummy!
