1/2cupwhole milk
1/2cupMayonnaise
1teaspoonWhite Vinegar
1Tablespoon Sugar
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonCayenne Pepper
2cupsCilantro LeavesBarely Chopped (I am not a fan of Cilantro so use fresh Parsley from our garden).
Instructions
Combine shredded cabbage and sliced jalapenos in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix milk, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and cayenne. Pour over cabbage. Toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate two hours.
Before serving, toss in cilantro leaves.
