Jalapeno Cilantro Coleslaw
This coleslaw dish from Rea Drummond The Pioneer Woman is a huge hit where ever you take it! So good!
Ingredients
  • 1/2 head CabbageSliced Thin
  • 1/2 head Purple CabbageSliced Thin
  • 1 whole JalapenoHalved Lengthwise And Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2cup whole milk
  • 1/2cup Mayonnaise
  • 1teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/4teaspoon salt
  • 1/4teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 2cups Cilantro LeavesBarely Chopped (I am not a fan of Cilantro so use fresh Parsley from our garden).
Instructions
  1. Combine shredded cabbage and sliced jalapenos in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix milk, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and cayenne. Pour over cabbage. Toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate two hours.
  2. Before serving, toss in cilantro leaves.
