(No Grain) Thanksgiving Paleo Stuffing

  • 1 Package of bacon I always buy the applewood bacon at Whole Foods with no nitrates or gluten-free bacon
  • 5 stalks celery diced
  • 1 large Vidalia onion diced
  • 2 leave organic Green Apples cored and dice,the peel on
  • 1 LB Pan Fried Sausage I buy the Pork from my Whole Foods butcher without all the hormones or antibiotics
  • 8 Oz Cremini mushrooms chopped up (I love Cremini’s because of their flavor!)
  • 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 / 2 cup fresh parsley minced
  • 2 Farm Fresh organic eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 / 3 cup low sodium Pacific Gluten Free Chicken Broth
