Portobella Mushroom Burger
These meatless burgers are incredible and healthy too! You'll never know it's not meat! For two burgers Udi's Gluten Free buns toasted

  • 2 Portabella Mushrooms
  • 1 Avacado - I mashed them up the second time to speed on the buns. The first time I had some mashed to spread and some sliced. Great both ways!
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper roasted and sliced
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Sliced Red Onion
  • 2 in TB Olive oil heated with some garlic. Brush on the mushrooms and saute theman iron skillet or the grill
