Ingredients

handful of carrots

cloves
garlic
pressed
½ jalapeno pepper

minced ginger

T. red onion

rehydrated dried tomato halves

handfuls of spinach

large leaf of kale
center rib removed

leaves
largeof romaine lettuce

avocado

scoop Dr. Thomas O’Bryans GS Immuno Restore or one of your other favorite immune boosters on hand. We’ve also use IAG Powder from Biotic Research

t. sea salt

T. fresh lemon or lime juice
1
T. hempseed or flaxseed oil

water
Whiz altogether until you reach a nice smooth consistency. Add water as needed or you may have to eat with a spoon.
