15ouncescanned salmondrained, or 1 1/2 cups cooked salmon
1large egglightly beaten
1 1/2teaspoonsdijon mustard
1 3/4cupsfresh gluten free breadcrumbs or gluten-free corn flakes work well too
1/2teaspoonfreshly ground pepper
inSauteOlive Oil until golden brown. Doesn¡¦t take long!
Dill Mayo SauceI eyeball it all folks!
