mayo

plain greek yogurt

dijon mustard

teaspoon
honey
2
stalks finely diced celery
Dice up a little shallot or green onion

chopped cooked chicken

Addsome chopped fresh tarragon if you have it

cup
halved purple grapes and/or add pecans for a crunch
Instructions
Stir mayo, yogurt, mustard and honey.
Add celery, chicken and grapes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve on lettuce, your favorite gluten free bread or pita bread.
