Ingredients
- For The Crisp Topping:
- 1 1/2 Cups Bob Red Mills All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 Cup Gluten Free Oats
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- Some almond halves optional or use whatever nuts you like
- 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 stick cold butter cut into chunks

Instructions
- Mix all the first ingredients together in the Pampered Chef batter bowl and then mix in the butter with a pastry cutter or use your hands, or you could use the Pampered Chef manual food processor too! It's a great tool too that I use in my kitchen... Mix together until large clumps form.
- *The Fruit can be any combination you like. We had strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and added some dried cranberries and cherries.
- Heat oven to 350. Fill ramekins with fruit about 3/4 full and add topping. Bake about 45 minutes until bubbly. We topped ours with Almond Milk ice cream!
