Ingredients
- 1 handful of carrots
- 3 cloves garlic pressed
- ½ jalapeno pepper
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 T. red onion
- 6 rehydrated dried tomato halves
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 large leaf of kale center rib removed
- 3 leaves largeof romaine lettuce
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 scoop Dr. Thomas O'Bryans GS Immuno Restore or one of your other favorite immune boosters on hand. We've also use IAG Powder from Biotic Research
- 1 t. sea salt
- 1 T. fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1 T. hempseed or flaxseed oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Whiz altogether until you reach a nice smooth consistency. Add water as needed or you may have to eat with a spoon.
