Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Kerigold Butter
- 3 Cloves Chopped garlic
- 2 Cups long-grain rice
- 4 Cups Pacific brand chicken stock it's gluten/wheat free
- 3 Juice limes
- 2 Zest limes hold back juice of 1 lime for garnish
- Fresh Cilantro chopped

Instructions
- Melt butter over medium heat and add in chopped garlic, then add in rice, cook for a few minutes stirring, add in a little of the lime juice and add in the broth, bring to a boil and turn heat to low and cover. Simmer for about 15 minutes until fluffy. The rice should not be sticky. Just before serving stir in lime juice and the chopped cilantro, as much as you like.
