Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 4 pasteurized eggs
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 4 Tablespoons Grass Fed Butter Melted
- 1/2 cup Guiltless Grain Free Seed Flour http://www.guiltlesssuperfoods.com I buy here locally at People's Pharmacy in Westlake. They will have it at our local HEB on Bee Caves in July 2016!
- If you don't have this superfood seed flour use coconut or almond flour.
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
- Pinch of sea or kosher salt
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine bananas, eggs, almond butter, grass-fed butter in a blender or use mixer. Blender works great with this recipe!
- Blend up and then add dry ingredients.
- Pour into well greased (with coconut spray) loaf pan. I add chopped walnuts on top.
- Bake 55 to 60 minutes until knife comes out smooth!
Recipe Notes
Enjoy with some softened grass-fed butter mixed with a little Maple Syrup! Or have plain for breakfast with a cup of organic coffee! Yummy in the tummy!
