Gluten Free Lady’s Butternut Squash Stew with a Twist!

There’s nothing like a big hardy warm bowl of stew to warm you and your family up on a cold winter day! This one is sweet and savory with a little kick from the jalapeno and Cheyenne pepper and a secret twist! I’ve been eating this for a few days now and it just gets better and better! Yum Yum, licking my bowl! It’s THAT tasty and healthy good too! Ok now on with the goods and the twist…..

Stuffed Tomatoes on the Beach!

Saw these little yummy delights made on the Cooking Channel by one of my favs David Rocco Dolce Vita in Italy where he made these right on the beach with a bowl, whisk, small knife and a spoon! A healthy and yummy protein treat to hold you through to lunch or dinner! Besides I love anything Italy and David are such a cutie! Made these last night and they are incredibly delicious! They taste like a tuna sandwich without the bread! First time I’ve made homemade mayo! So easy! My husband wolfed them down! Next time will make them with crab or shrimp! Yummie good and healthy too!

Neely’s Beef Short Ribs

This recipe is from the Neely’s on Food Network. I have made them many times and every time they are incredible! They absolutely melt in your mouth and the orange zest and wine make the dish even more amazing! I also use grass-fed beef from Whole Foods for this dish which makes them even better. We eat them over mashed red garlic potatoes.
