I always use grass fed ground beef

Chop up and sautee 1/2 of a vidalia onion, some fresh oregano or use dried, kosher salt, McCormick garlic pepper, Weber roasted garlic is great too! I got a huge jar of it on Amazon. It's gfree and no MSG.  Add beef in skillet and brown. Then add in a jar of your favorite gfree sauce. I also add in some dried stevia. We grow the plants and dry them so I have that on hand. You could add a teaspoon of coconut sugar or liquid stevia or just leave it out. I like just a hint of sweet in my sauce.

Ricotta stuffing- Ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, chopped spinach or parsley, little salt, pepper. Add in an egg and mix together. I use Jovial gfree no boil pasta. Add some of the sauce in the bottom of your pan. 

Take each strip of lasagna and spoon on some of the ricotta and layer in the pan, then sauce, some parmesan cheese, and keep layering until you get to the top with meat sauce. 

Add on some mozzarella cheese.  Spay foil underside with avocado oil (helps it not to stick to the cheese too much).  Bake on 350 for about 55 minutes!
