Course Soups
Servings
Ingredients
  • 3 packages stew meat
  • onion
  • Small Jalapeño and some Pablano pepper we had the Pablano left over from the grill the night before
  • removed seeds Turned out with just the right heat! I used the other peppers from our garden and definitely had to remove the seeds!
  • 2 oz Large Beef Steak Tomatoes cut up I used fresh tomatoes right from our garden but you could use a 15can of diced tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups Gluten Free Pacific Chicken Broth I used this because of using the fresh tomatoes and wanted more liquid and it turned out awesome!
