Fish Tacos w/ Roasted Poblano & Serrano Pepper Sauce
Quick and easy Yummy Fish Tacos. The roasted Poblano and Serrano pepper sauce adds a nice kick and turned out really tasty!

  • Grilled Fish we love Tilapia for fish tacos
  • Corn Tortillas
  • Cole Slaw cabbage mix
  • in Rub three Poblano and two Serrano peppers with olive oil and roast on 350 for about 20 minutes then scrape out the seeds and put themthe blender.
  • I eyeballed all this -
  • cup About aof plain Yogurt I bought some that's made from grass-fed cows
  • cup ½of Mayo
  • cup ½of Sour cream
  • 3 Cloves of garlic chopped
  • Teaspoon of Honey
  • Squeeze about ½ a lime
  • cup ½of Mayo
  • cup ½of Sour cream
  • 3 Cloves of garlic chopped
  • Teaspoon of Honey
  • Squeeze about ½ a lime

Instructions
  1. In Blender and you've got a great taco sauce. You can use this sauce on anything, salads, sandwiches, as a dip..just make it a bit thicker...
