This is the tastiest Chili I’ve ever made! Make it exactly like this and you’ll be in Chili heaven! This one could win a prize in the Chili cook-off! It’s so easy to make a one-pot meal!

Ingredients
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • lb About 1 / 2of Ground Pork
  • 1 lb grass fed ground beef
  • cup Aboutand half Pacific Beef Stock. Eyeball it to the consistency you prefer..
  • 1 15 Oz can Organic Diced Tomatoes .
  • 1 Can Cannellini Beans
  • Half Sweet onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 Roasted Jalapeno seeds removed
  • 1 /2 Roasted Pablano pepper seeds removed or I use some Limon pepper from our garden. Use whatever pepper you like.
  • 1 teaspoon packet organic Chili mix. or I use Errols Spice from Paleface Feed store 1cumin, garlic and onion powder., From Whole Foods
  • fresh thyme oregano
  • Jalapeno or Limon Pepper. Depending on how hot you like it!
  • Kosher salt and garlic pepper

Instructions
  1. Saute onions in olive oil, brown pork, and beef, add in garlic and peppers, spice pack and other spices, thyme, salt and pepper, beef stock, tomatoes, beans and simmer for about 35 to 40 minutes.
  2. Top with cheddar cheese, green onions and some organic sour cream (of course always optional).
