Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 stalks finely diced celery
- Dice up a little shallot or green onion optional
- 6 cups chopped cooked chicken
- in Addsome chopped fresh tarragon if you have it
- 1 cup halved purple grapes and/or add pecans for a crunch

Instructions
- Stir mayo, yogurt, mustard and honey.
- Add celery, chicken and grapes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve on lettuce, your favorite gluten free bread or pita bread.
